Tonight we're going to enjoy a cozy snow day. Those of you who grew up somewhere with snowy winters will remember that feeling; when you threw back the curtains to see snow, and knew all plans were off. For those who didn't, just know, it was the most delicious release of all pressure. Unlike a sick day, snow days were for everyone… and when the whole city slows down, it gives the nervous system permission, in the most amazing way, to relax. So, let's give ourselves a snow day as we fall asleep tonight, visualising slowly drifting snowflakes.
