In tonight’s premium sleep meditation we’re going on another adventure with Zen. But this one is a little different. Usually, Zen can be found floating in the earth’s oceans, but tonight we are joining him, and a friend or two, in a wholly different sea! The sea of tranquillity! As some of you probably know, the sea of tranquillity is on the moon so let’s hear how Zen is taken, by a friendly space fish called Ziggy, on this marvellous interstellar adventure.
